I want to install google chrome on Android emulator. I want to test my application on chrome with Android. I tried to found a way out, but i couldn’t. You mentioned specifically to ask, but i don’t have choice. :(

I think Guido means that “under 4.0″ sounds a lot like only 1% of users have less than Android 4.0. Phrasing it “Only 1% of Android users have version 4.0 or greater” is more clear.
